I am very happy with the content of this course presented by each of the professional and knowledgeable trainers. Ms. Bond is a very stimulating/energetic teacher who explains the subject material with relative examples. Ms. Hall approach is case-based studies of the material, she is very organized and her teaching skills helped me grasp new concepts quickly. I relied on Ms. George for her computer savvy, expert skills in helping me virtually maneuver the course materials.

Michele, Lauren and Shelia provided a wonderful training. They presented awesome up to date information in a fun way. I learned a lot.
I was able to apply what I learned as a coaching tool. I utilized the skill statements as feedback to my staff. It made the connection for them as to what they are doing and how it is so valuable to a child’s development. We also were able to develop strategies for expanding and scaffolding their lesson plans to challenge children to meet their next milestone.

This training really helped me as a new infant and toddler teacher. I never once work with children ages birth – 3, yet this class gave me the confidence and resources to be the best infant and toddler teacher I can be.
Natasha Washington, Child development teacher, Family Support Center/EHS

Everyone was awesome! I can honestly say that I am taking away a lot of knowledge that I have seen used in my home daycare since the first class. Being Intentional rings so loudly in my ear. I have become aware of this area and have already adapted this in my program. I can’t say enough about how I appreciate the trainers and the course.
