Lauren Bond
Passionate, dedicated and vibrant, Lauren Bond is an expert in professional development for early childhood teachers and administrators, with a strong passion for maximizing the quality of education for children everywhere.
Throughout the course of her 17-year career, Lauren has become known as one of the top resources for early childhood education and the best individual programs currently trending in the field. As President of Bond Education Services & Training (BEST) she is committed to equipping teachers to be their absolute best, giving them the knowledge and tools needed to provide excellence in education and to lead with passion.
Lauren takes a hands-on approach to maximizing classroom management, childcare operations, quality assurance, classroom environment development, and much more. She strongly advocates for high quality in early education, with a special expertise in supporting and leading initiatives to attain and keep MSDE and NAEYC accreditation.
Lauren is a highly proficient educator possessing the ability for absolute clear, precise communication and instruction with a fierce drive for empowering teachers and program leaders to maximize their gifts and abilities in helping children succeed. The ideas she can provide clients do more than help in the education process. They foster love, responsibility, a love for learning among children, and a positive self-image.
Her family workshops are designed to deepen the connections between children and guardians, and serve to educate families on how to not just raise a child successfully, but to be their educational advocate. With BEST, quality assurance standards are the top priority, ensuring all children and families have the assurance that their children are well-prepared for kindergarten and the remainder of their educational journey.
Prior to launching BEST, Lauren served as a Director of Education Quality and Training and Regional Director overseeing the Maryland and Washington DC region. She has also served as a Center Director, Program Coordinator, and as a Special Education Teacher.
As educators continue to face historic amounts of pressure from parents and the government to make their students succeed, Lauren understands the extreme demands faced by teachers and administrators, and has made it her life’s work to teach others how to balance the day-to-day operations of running a quality educational program. All of Lauren’s clients walk away empowered, more resourceful, and much more confident in their abilities as educators and leaders.
Lauren is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. She also holds an MSDE certification as a Core of Knowledge Trainer. She is also an approved trainer in the District of Columbia through OSSE. Lauren is a validator for the Maryland Program Accreditation.
